I am a guide, couples counselor, teacher, and ally. My approach is holistic, somatic, decolonized, and interdisciplinary—grounded in non-dual contemplative traditions, mystery traditions, animistic and nature-based practices, entheogenic medicine work, modern science, and integral, transpersonal, and liberation psychology.
I love working with individuals, couples, and groups who seek to cultivate mindfulness, deepen awareness, open to their awakened nature, reconnect with Earth and community, and integrate and embody what they discover. I also support those drawn to building an embodied relationship with symbolic language, inner wisdom, creativity, and soul. My offerings focus on allyship and group work in the existential, spiritual, and transpersonal realms. I hold space with depth, curiosity, paradox, light-heartedness, and enlightened possibility.
I am the daughter of Marilyn and Joshua and the granddaughter of Alexander, Wanda, John, and Jesse Mae. My ancestral lineages include the Romani, Ashkenazi, Ukrainian, Seminole, Igbo, Kongo, and Mbundu peoples.
Academically, I hold a B.A. in History from Princeton University. I studied environmental, human-centered design at ArtCenter College of Design and pursued an M.F.A. in Film and Storytelling at the American Film Institute. I completed the 3-year AWE.ngo Psychedelic Therapy Training / Ecstatic Mysticism program and earned an M.A. in Integral Psychology from CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies). I am currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (M.Div) at Naropa University.
I teach, write, and speak about consciousness, ritual, and dharma. You can find a list of my practices, modalities, and inspirations here. My individual practice is called Prima Materia, and you can learn more about it here. I also co-founded and teach at We Touch The Earth, a community dedicated to interspirituality, dharma, re-enchantment, and Earth wisdom.
